Love that the young 'uns are getting involved and making their mark. This was a great line: "Think of it as a Palenque Pop-up." And also the hat on the pup was pretty darn cute. Sounds like you had a fantastico time! Saludos!

It’s a new wave of maestros—keeping hold of an age- old tradition. Wonderful in this day and age when so often ancient cultural practices can be lost.

I know some maestros whose children aren’t interested—although they still hold out hope. But, with Mezcal experiencing an enormous boom, it seems an exciting time for many to shoot for the stars.
