Hmm. That’s different. Substack normally asks you if you want to subscribe at the very beginning. Let me see if I can find a way to somehow link you to a subscribe button...
Thanks. Hey, BTW, I live here in SMA, and am a retired professional chef, winemaker & cheesemaker. Since relocation, I’ve discovered the world of agave-based spirits other than tequila: bacanora, sotol, pox, raicilla, et al, but especially mezcal. Even to the extent of holding a few tastings at my house. But really, I’m just starting this journey. I read about the Friday meetups, and would love to attend. Are they open to anyone?
Ahhhhh! You’re here. Great. Sure. Are on Facebook by chance? I can tell you all about it. In fact we’re meeting up today at Mezcal-Art next to the immigration building. People will start arriving at 4pm, but some of us are usually still there until 9 or 10.
Nah, actually I’m never on Facebook but did get your Messenger post just now. I know where Mezcal-Art is. Even tried to meet you guys there once, but no-one was there (couple months ago.) Was all set to try today, but 30 min ago my wife sprang a social engagement on me I can’t get out of, & next week I’ll be in the States. But I’m definitely gonna try & make it the following Friday. REALLY looking forward to it.
Love your blog but I can’t find anywhere to subscribe. Thanks
